Badaguan is a scenic spot that best reflects the characteristics of Qingdao "red tiles, green trees, blue sea and blue sky", so-called Badaguan , because there are eight roads (now increased to 10), named after the famous pass of the Great Wall in ancient China. This is a well-known villa area, known as the "Universal Museum of Architecture". It is also an important sanatorium in the country, where many celebrities have stayed. One of the most famous is the Huashi Tower and the Princess Tower, where Chiang Kai-shek and Marshal Chen Yi both lived. The Princess Tower was built by the Danish Consul for the summer resort of the Danish princess. Since April last year, the Butterfly Tower in the Badaguan Scenic Area has been officially opened to the outside world. This is an important scene for the first Qingdao film "Peach Blossom after the robbery" in 1935. People named it after the heroine, Hu Butterfly, a Chinese movie queen. Now the old villa, built 82 years ago, has returned to public view to show Qingdao's centuries-old film memory.
