教堂宮殿評價

教堂宮殿如今並非教堂，而是一個購物餐飲中心，內有Chopard、Black Goat等高端貨品。一個方向在Fairmont賓館對面，因而沾着華貴大氣；另一個方向馬路對面則是基督大教堂，所以又不缺少教堂的寧靜莊嚴。

Cathedral Place is next to Christ Church Cathedral. A high-end shopping mall, transparent and tranquil, with a church-like solemnity.

The palace church has three main halls with the tomb of King Maximilian I. The church is famous for 28 life-size bronze warrior statues on both sides of the tomb (created by artist Albrecht and goldsmith Vischer, symbolizing the ancestors and descendants of the Maximilian family). These statues are the most important works of art in the Germanic Renaissance and one of the most famous art souvenirs in Tirol State.

Now in the center of the church is a marble coffin. The coffin is a bronze statue of Emperor Maximilian. There are 24 marble reliefs around the coffin that record the life of the emperor. There are 28 bronze statues around the sarcophagus, symbolizing the ancestors and descendants of Maximilian I.

The palace of this church is the place you must visit when you come to Vancouver. There are many beautiful sculptures in this palace.
