Ch&_6; Teaude Villandry Verandre Castle was built in 1536. It's a Renaissance castle. The appearance is simple and elegant. The interior decoration of the castle is mainly in the style of the eighteenth century. Window lattices, fireplaces, chandeliers, furniture, carpets and other ornaments are quite gorgeous. The castle is open from 9:30 to 18:30 in early February to mid-November. The garden is open from 9:00 to 19:00. Tickets include garden tickets for adults of 8 euros and for students under 26 years of age of 5 euros. Adults without garden tickets are 5.5 Euros and students under 26 are 3.5 Euros.
