The Blue House of Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion is a very beautiful traditional house with blue color. Previously, I saw its photos on the internet, and I felt very charming and unique. The original blue color is a kind of blue flower juice from Penang, which is processed into paste and painted on the wall. It took seven years for the Blue House to be built since 1897. It's really elaborate. We visited on a winter afternoon, and it was past the opening time. Moreover, we were individual visitors who seemed not qualified to make an appointment. We could only enjoy the appearance, but the luxury and chic of the visit were out of sight. Although only the appearance of the building is enough to amaze me, apart from the unique blue, every corner of the house, every roof, every eaves are exquisite and delicate decoration. Flower windows, corridors, courtyards all reveal elegance and chic, beautiful in the afternoon sunshine. Architectural features, gorgeous colors, detailed decoration, exquisite carving, beautiful everything is the place you want to enjoy. Next to it is a big food stall, which I think is the best place to have a special meal. Variety is complete, price is reasonable, clean and tidy. In front of the big block is a busier street with buses passing by. Nearby there are two historic buildings, Hainan Guild Hall and Bangladesh Mosque, which are very close to each other. If you want to visit, please prepare for all aspects, make an appointment with the team, and go on schedule. The courtyard is small and the viewing angle is small. It may be better to use wide-angle lens to find a seat outside the courtyard. - If you don't enter the room for 40 minutes, you should be able to enter it for more than an hour. Blue House should be the most beautiful garden-style ancient house in Penang. We must visit and shoot carefully. Don't leave any regrets.
