From the main cathedral of Milan to the west, you can see this row of pillars on the left side of the road, in front of a church and square, just a short walk along Via Torino or by Tram. It is an ancient medieval building built of Roman materials near the Cathedral of the same name as Porta Ticinesi, the medieval gate. It is one of the few surviving relics of the Milan Empire. On weekend nights, there are usually many young people with drinks chatting and gathering here.
