Coolangatta, at the south end of the Gold Coast, has several of the most beautiful beaches on the Gold Coast. I live near the airport for the convenience of visiting Coolangatta. The night before, I inquired about the Shuttle Bus, which had a hotel at 8:30 a.m. to Buranbah Beach, which is almost the southernmost part of the hotel. It took about an hour to walk all the way back to the airport from this beach. There are also buses to Coolangatta. In Coolangatta, I happened to catch up with the beach market last weekend. I followed the local people around the open-air market with great interest, haggled decently and bought some interesting little things.

There is a famous street in Kulgata. Queensland is on the left and southwest Wales is on the right. There will be an hour's time difference. It's amazing. Locals like to go to Kulgata for vacation because it's far away from the noise and bustle of surfers'paradise. It's a recreational seaside town.
