Dawei Ancient Town is one of the four ancient towns in Guangxi. It was founded in 200 AD. The old Dawei Street stretches 2 kilometers along the Lijiang River. The narrow streets are paved with bluestone slabs. On both sides of the slate road are well-preserved old houses. Historically, the ancient town was built in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and flourished in the Republic of China. It has a thousand-year history. As far as 600 years ago, Dawei became one of the four big towns in Guangxi (besides Yangmei, Huangyao and Luwei). The picture is taken with you today, walking along the slate road in the old town street, where time seems to be slowing down.
