The European Parliament Center is built along the river in Strasbourg New Town. It stretches nearly 500 meters along the river. The whole building uses Galileo's parabola to suffice the outline of the building. The ellipse of Kepler defines the building plane first. The glass curtain wall and the river are set against each other, matched with blue sky and white clouds, and nestled next to the old city. It is not against the slightest feeling.
