新春期間爆紅的“網紅壩”，實際上是有兩個水壩——魚鱗壩、疊水壩，均位於小河鄉小溪河“一河兩岸”沿河風光帶上。站在小溪河岸邊，望向“魚鱗壩”，錯落有致的“魚鱗片”分佈在河壩上，清澈的河水漫過“鱗片”，帶來“唰唰”的流水聲，波光粼粼的水面映出藍天和白雲——好一幅“世外原鄉”美景圖。沿着沿河游道順流而下，行走20分鐘，即可抵達另外一處“網紅壩”——疊水壩。近處，已經全面完工的疊水壩，由8個“疊”組成，水淺不急，清澈見底，遊客可觀水亦可戲水；遠處，已經開花的油菜花，引來一群群的蜂蝶；更遠處，蒼翠的山脈與藍天相接，白雲朵朵飄，繪製出一幅“畫里小河”詩意圖。
