四四南村，位於現今信義路五段、基隆路二段、松平路、莊敬路一帶，是台北第一座眷村，展示着60年代的台灣眷村真是的生活場景。現四四南村已拆除，部分房舍另改建為“信義公民會館”。這裡在平日聚集許多拍婚紗和懷舊的人們，假日則有特色集市，成為台北信義區新興的熱門景點。

基本台灣很多以前的眷村基本上都沒怎麼住人的，都是改為藝術園區這樣的都是很有特色的。而且這邊還有不少關於眷村的很多歷史資料和實物可以参觀

101附近的四四南村，但是覺得很坑爹呀，之前也是看到介紹，然後在總統府里也是特別介紹了這裏，結果，什麼都沒有了，一間非原始的大的空屋子里，擺了些老的日用品，到的時候也是休息時間，沒有講解了，不過有講解也不會有什麼意思，我想看的是原生態！沒有了就沒必要讓人來了嘛。“特展館”和“眷村文物館”。這裏曾是青島遷來台北的軍人家屬的居住地，“眷村文物館”內依然保存着如炮彈燈、花棉被、紅肚兜等眷村的經典記憶，而“特展館”現在已經儼然成了台北前衛藝術家們聚會的場所了。
