Rivers, mountains and rivers are the natural boundary of administrative division. The Yellow River turns southward in Toketo, Inner Mongolia, and suddenly flows westward between the gullies of the Loess Plateau, dividing Shanxi Province and Shaanxi Province. In this section of the West flow of the Yellow River, there are two counties across the river, namely Fugu County in Shaanxi Province and Baode County in Shanxi Province. Geographically, it is connected by a bridge. Historically, Qin and Jin Dynasties have made it a favorite place for tourists. Fugu Old Town has a long history. It was built in the Five Dynasties. In order to resist Liao, Xixia and Jin Dynasties, it has a history of more than 1100 years. It is the most complete stone city preserved in northern China. Ronghe Academy: Founded in the reign of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty, it was the highest school in Fugu at that time.
