Geithner is the highest point on the side of Buda in Budapest. There is a statue of the Statue of Liberty on the hill in memory of the liberation of Hungary by the Soviet Red Army. Later, due to ideological changes, the Soviet Red Army became an occupying force from the Liberation Army. The Statue of Liberty surrounding the Soviet Red Army was erased, but the statue remained. This scenic spot is relatively quiet and not many tourists come, but it is also good to have a view of Budapest on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
