Guangji Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty. During the first year of Emperor Xuanzong's reign, Prince Kim Jo-jue of the State of Xinluo (now Korea) crossed the sea to China. He spent three years in the temple (later he went to Jiuhua Mountain to create a Tibetan Daoist, so Guangji Temple is also known as "Xiaojiuhua", "Jiuhua Xinggong Palace". The whole temple is adjacent to Mount ocher and connected with palaces. There are more than 100 Buddhist statues in the temple, with different and vivid attitudes.
