Hokkaido University, formerly Sapporo Agricultural College, is a top class A school in Japan. Its affiliated library has a collection of 3.8 million copies. This rustic building does not look impressive, but it is one of the few academic libraries in Japan. The library has an open reading service desk, an information network connection area, a foreign language learning room, a newspaper storage room, a large collection room and a precious reference room, etc. This is free and open, and the entry of foreign school personnel needs to be registered.
