Jiangxinyu, located in the middle reaches of Oujiang River to the north of Wenzhou City, is a four famous islands in China, with a long east-west and narrow north-south shape. The island has beautiful scenery, two towers flying over the East and west, reflecting the Jiangxin Temple, which has always been called "Oujiang Penglai". Xie Lingyun, Meng Haoran, Han Yu, Lu You and Wen Tianxiang, the famous poets of the past dynasties, have left Jiangxinyu in succession. For thousands of years, literati have left nearly 800 famous poems chanting Jiangxinyu. There are many places of interest and historic interest in the island, such as Song Wenxinguo Temple, Haoran Tower, Xie Gongting Pavilion, Chengxian Pavilion and Museum, Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall and Workers'Sanatorium. There are not many scenic spots in Wenzhou city. Jiangxinyu is definitely worth visiting. This is an island in the center of the Oujiang River. It is boated from the river side of the city. The park is divided into the eastern and Western districts. The western districts are mainly recreational facilities for children. The eastern districts are cultural attractions and historic sites. There are temples and a European-style building complex. It used to be a consulate. It is most leisurely to sit on a bench by the river and drink coffee. The temples of Jiangxinyu are the most visited places on the island.
