JR Tower T38 is Sapporo's tallest and perhaps best attraction. The view over the glowing, twinkling city after dark from 173 meters high is outstanding... a must-see!We grabbed a drink and sat in one of the chairs facing the large panoramic windows—it's like watching a sci-fi movie unfold before your eyes.A funny gimmick is that in the men's restroom, you pee with this view. It can be hard to concentrate while doing so.

在市區就能看到札幌的美景，下雪時的能見度雖然會降低，但近景也是看的很清楚，只是會有些朦朧美，看了一段時間後，雪停了、霧也散開了，就能看的更遠~~~

展望室是一個觀景的場所，也是札幌最高的一座大樓，可以在夜間選擇來這裏看到札幌的城市的夜景，談不上很美，必經城市比較小，高樓大廈等現代化的建築不算很多的，亮度一般。
