Black Beach in the town of Kamari is a long black beach formed by the continuous weathering of black sandstone deposited by volcanic ash after the eruption of the volcanic island. It takes a bus to Kamari from the FIRA bus terminal. Kamari is the terminal. Ticket price: 1.6 Euros, 20 minutes. We went to Santorini in September. The biggest regret of this trip was that the sea water was a little cold. Although the sunshine was still strong, it was not suitable for swimming. But the sea water was really beautiful. The sea water was clearer and bluer against the black sand beach. On the black beach there is a large area of country-style thatch dome umbrellas with rows of reclining chairs under the umbrellas. The roadside is full of hotels and restaurants, which is a very good place for leisure.
