科科角徒步小道評價

夏威夷瓦胡島角(其名稱爲“血”或“紅土”)被衆多的火山坑坑窪窪,是島上最後一次火山活動的遺蹟。其中包括科科頭火山口,海拔642英尺(196米)靠近卡瓦霍阿角。

科科角（Koko Head Crater）是夏威夷Honolulu熱門的徒步點之一，也是有名的一座死火山。其特色是1000多階的鐵道台階，坡度不小，對體力很有挑戰性。這個鐵道現在已經沒有列車在上面運行了，以前二戰時期會有列車往山頂運送軍事人員和物資。在這裏徒步一定要注意安全，一旦摔倒可不是開玩笑的。山頂的景色還是不錯的，不僅可以看到火山口碗狀的外緣，還可以眺望附近的海灣和小鎮。

科科角徒步小道適合各個年齡段的遊客前來徒步登山，步道本身並不難走，但是歐胡島的天氣炎熱，所以要注意防晒，及時補充水份。有些路段比較崎嶇非常陡峭，要注意安全。

Koko Head is located in the eastern part of Honolulu, Oahu Island, Hawaii. It is close to the famous snorkeling resort Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve. They are both dead craters, but the former is higher than the latter, and the latter has been covered by sea water to form a bay. At the junction of the first half and the second half, there are dozens of metres of air railways, below which are three or four metres deep ravines. Many people dare not pass from the top, but can only bypass the side roads. Upon reaching the top of the mountain, there are many abandoned fortresses and lookouts and other military facilities, where you can enjoy 360 degrees of the beauty of the eastern sandalwood. Makapuu Point, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Sandy Beach and Hawaii Kai are all in sight. Diamond Head and Waiki are also visible in the distance. While enjoying the beautiful scenery at the top of the mountain, we should always pay attention to safety, keep away from the cliff as far as possible, and sometimes blow a lot of wind. When you first come here on foot, don't rush ahead with greedy achievements. When you go step by step, there are too many strong men lying on the railway. We need to pay attention to the sleepers on the railways to avoid being knocked down. In addition to this abandoned railway, there are several wild roads and mountains, but it is not recommended that you try. Safety first, do what you can.

Great hiking to the top of the crater. It's almost as beautiful as Diamond Hill. The path looks 1.5 miles long. It looks more like three miles. Anyway, it's worth it.
