海閃閃水族館位於珍珠海度假村內，九十九島水族館有個好聽的名字——“海閃閃”（海きらら），意思是如同海上最耀眼的光芒一樣。這個水族館將九十九島海洋原樣重現，穿過每一個大廳都會有別樣的驚喜。其中一個主要特徵是在九十九島海域發現的約100種水母，在水母交響樂廳是利用悠揚的音樂、充滿幻影的光線，把水母優雅暢遊的畫面展現出來，輕輕飛舞着的水母釀造了夢幻般的氛圍，讓人全身感到放鬆，就像聽了一場交響樂，是水族館很有人氣的展示場所，也是日本規模最大的水母展覽。
