Lancang River is the third longest river in Asia and the seventh longest river in the world. It is known as the Oriental Danube River. It is the name of the upper reaches of the Mekong River in China. The Lancang River Canyon is located at the junction of Yunnan and Tibet. It is famous not only for its deep and long valley, but also for its turbulent flow. The elevation of the canyon is as high as 2006 meters. The left side is Meili Snow Mountain, and the right side is Baima Snow Mountain.
