從縣城自駕過來，有20多公里。始建於明朝的古村落，周氏家族為主，坐東北朝西南。村中集古樓、古屋、古巷、古橋、古井、古樹、古墓、古韻於一體。

石阡縣樓上古寨，石阡河畔自給自足的世外桃源，百分百原生態的明代中期保留下的木結構古村落。古村、古橋、古樹、古墓、古屋、古韻。

景色很美，沒怎麼被開發，估計交通也不方便，只有小巴士可以到，朋友開車過去的，距離縣城不遠，村裡轉轉，很古樸原始的味道，山頂和山腳都可以遊覽。
