聖讓首席大教堂位於法國里昂的索恩河畔，始建於1170年，建築融合了中世紀和哥特式風格。由於里昂大主教享有首席大主教的地位，因而這座教堂被冠以首席大教堂的名稱。這裏曾見證過亨利四世與王后瑪麗·德·美第奇的盛大婚典。

聖讓大教堂建於11世紀末至16世紀初，建造時間非常長，其正面為哥特風格。雖然教堂不大，但是地位非常高。在富維耶山上就可以看到。

聖讓首席大教堂，在老城區最顯眼的位置，大教堂非常的古樸，和法國巴黎常見的那種精緻繁複的教堂並不太一樣，裏面有一個雕塑的鐘錶非常的好看，上面有一個太陽神的標準。
