After less than an hour's hiking, we arrived at the top of Langshan, the highest peak in Athens. On the top of this 277-meter-high mountain, besides a Catholic church and a small bell tower, there are many landscape restaurants. Many tourists and citizens take their seats in restaurants with a wide view and beautiful scenery. In order to satisfy their visual experience while waiting for the night view of the city, they first reward their own taste system. After waiting at the top of the mountain for about half an hour, we saw the sunset slowly falling behind the mountains in the distance. The sunset reflected the space on the top of the mountain. Because the sunset was behind the mountains, the sky did not darken very quickly, while the densely populated and green-covered city of Athens began to light up in the slow fall of night. First, street lights and car lights outline the image of the city's flowing lights. Then, the decorative lights of the iconic building Patron Temple on the top of the Acropolis highlight the glorious image of the city's charm. At the same time, large buildings such as the Parliament Building, museums and banks are also supported by lighting. Finally, there is no need to deliberately decorate the city's lights to bring us a panoramic view of Athens at night.
