To Shanxi, it is natural to go to Mount Wutai, the first of the four famous mountains of Chinese Buddhism, with sky blue, clear water and quiet mind. Since the Han and Tang Dynasties, there have been more than 300 monasteries in their heyday. At present, there are 39 monasteries in Taiwan and 8 monasteries out of Taiwan. I came in the mood of traveling, not on a special trip to worship, so I did not plan to carry out the Great Chao Tai, but only visited the Five Masters Temple, Pagoda Temple, Xiantong Temple and Bodhisattva Top in the core area. I drove from the Hangkong Temple to the mountain from Beishan Road and arrived at the core area at 14:30 noon. After parking in the parking lot in front of the Shuyuan Temple, I began to walk one by one. The whole journey took three hours.
