The Gardiner Ceramic Museum is the only museum in Canada that exhibits ceramics. It displays European ceramics from the 15th to 18th centuries and pottery from the ancient civilization-Mayan civilization thousands of years ago. Ceramic Art Museum has permanent exhibits of American ceramics from Mexico and Venezuela, ceramics from the 15th to 19th centuries in Europe, ceramics from China, Japan and other countries, and some interesting short-term exhibitions.
