南伊溝位於西藏米林縣南部的南伊珞巴民族鄉境內，是納伊普曲峽谷，在喜瑪拉雅山脈北麓。有“藏地藥王谷”“小江南”之稱，傳說藏葯始祖宇妥·雲丹貢布曾在此地煉丹并行醫授徒，是神秘藏醫藥文化的重要發源地。

南伊溝4A景區，從米拉山到南伊溝車程322公里3小時35分鐘左右，原始森林，植被豐富，雨林、木屋、溪水、古樹，人間仙境一般，珞巴族文化與歷史文化底蘊深厚，透着寧靜與祥和的原始部落景象。

原計劃觀賞完如納村的桃花就到對岸的古通村繼續觀賞桃花，古通村的桃花花期與對岸的如納村基本一致，但不同的是古通村人少景美，可惜唯一通往古通村的橋壞了，車不能走，只能步行過橋，然後租對岸的車繼續遊玩，價格有點貴，因此放棄沒有繼續前往，繼續往山上開尋找另外一片更美的桃花林。沿着山路一直往前走，到桃花溝深處。一直開到了一條寧靜的小村子，這裏沒有遊客，草原上只有牛羊馬，遠處的老桃樹和雪山，寧靜、安逸，好一幅美麗的田園風光，彷彿闖入了桃花源林的仙境。

西藏波密挺小眾點的景點，桃花季時候可以順路過去看看，特地去一次就不太值得，經典的高原山林景色，喜歡大自然的小夥伴們不要錯過

不錯的一處地點，很有自己的特色風格。

Nanyigou is located in Nanyi Township of Milin County, also known as Yaowanggu, which is a quiet Canyon stream. More than 40 kilometers deep in the ditch, there are well-protected natural virgin forests, surrounded by mountains, clouds, is a veritable green secret. There are also Loba folk villages, which can understand the unique Loba culture. When you visit Nanyigou, you must take the environmental sightseeing bus of the scenic spot, which is included in the ticket. There are five main parking spots for sightseeing buses, including Loba Ethnic Village, Nanyi River Viewing Platform and Primitive Forest Trestle Road. Among them, Loba Ethnic Village and Primitive Forest are more splendid. Walking into the folk village of Loba, visitors can experience Loba costumes and taste Loba delicacies. Because the Loba people live in the jungle all the year round and hunt for a living, if they are lucky, they can also see the hunting prey of the Loba people. The Loba Suspension Bridge in front of Loba Village is the boundary between the village and the original forest. It is a place where Loba people pray for blessings. You can walk the suspension bridge, maybe you can get some good luck from Loba people. The original ecological forest bathing scenic trestle road must not be missed. The wooden trestle road about 1050 meters long crosses the pasture to reach the depths of the original forest. Walking along the trestle road, the ancient trees and vines spread on both sides, making people relaxed and happy. At the end of the trestle there is a tree of Yin and Yang worshipped by the Loba people. Shenshu has four different colors of branches and leaves. It is peculiar that the trunk of Shenshu naturally produces a shape similar to that of male and female reproductive organs. So the local Loba people who are worshipped by reproduction are called "Yin and Yang Trees". Loba people often sacrifice in front of Shenshu to pray for blessings.

It takes about 80 minutes to drive from Linzhi to the Indian border. The scenery along the way is very beautiful. After passing the post, it is close to the border area. At the entrance of the scenic spot, I change to a battery car and drive all the way to the Indian border. The scenic spot is very large. Along the sightseeing road, there are snow mountains and rivers flowing from India, local dwellings and roast fish snacks. Finally, the primeval forests and plateau pastures, the scene is very spectacular, only meaning can not be said. It takes about half a day. I recommend it.
