漢諾威新老市政廳也是一個很不錯的建築，老市政廳也是漢諾威老城區的一個組成部分。這個地方的環境也是蠻好的，老建築立面的很多的設施也是蠻獨特的。

市政廳內最值得一提的是通往頂層觀光台的電梯，如果花上幾歐元，就可以乘坐只能承載4個人的小電梯，爬升到近100米的圓形屋頂。這個小電梯是整個歐洲唯一一個傾斜上升的電梯，電梯在爬升過程中，是沿着拱頂傾斜17度角斜行向上，我們站在電梯里，會感覺到從傾斜開始越向上電梯地面越水平，還真是第一次有了這麼新奇的體驗。 登上屋頂，舉目遠眺漢諾威的城市風貌，當然心情大好了，說它是“被綠色蓋滿的大都會”，一點也不為過。

The new town hall, which was built in 1901 and completed in 1913, has a magnificent appearance. Hermann Eggert is responsible for the design and construction. On the first floor, there is a lot of space to show the appearance of World War II and the present city of Hanover. There are government offices on the second floor. When I went there, they happened to have two meetings. You can buy tickets from the tourist center on the first floor to the top floor of the tower for 3 euros per person. First take the elevator to the third floor and then transfer. A very special radian elevator goes to the top floor of the tower. The total building is 9773 meters high. After going up, the scenery is very beautiful. You can have a 360-degree view of Hanover. The upper wind is very strong and the buildings are shaking slightly. Everyone can stay on the roof for 30-45 minutes. The most unfortunate thing is that it closes at 6:30 p.m., otherwise it's the best place to view Hanover at night.

What I didn't know at first glance was that it was a palace. In fact, it was the city hall of Hanover. Although it was the office of the government, it allowed visitors to visit it. There are two pairs of city models in the city hall, one is Hanover after World War II bombing, the other is the new city after Hanover people's hard work and wisdom construction, in contrast to feel a strong spirit of endless.

The greening around the city hall is very good. In autumn, the trees are golden and yellow. It's very romantic. There is a lake behind it. There are a group of pigeons swimming. When you feed them, they keep approaching you. They are not afraid of people at all. The facade construction of the city hall is also unique.

老市政廳位於老街的街道，是一座建有600年歷史的紅磚牆結構，遠遠望去非常氣派。有了新市政廳后現在這裏主要用於商業，有餐廳咖啡館和商場在裏面。
