Man Shan Liquor Manufacturing Library is a small museum about Man Shan Liquor, including introduction of wine, model factory for making wine, and the honor of Man Shan Liquor. Sake culture in Japan is a better understanding. There is a free tasting area on the first floor, where you can taste all kinds of male mountain wine, from sweet to spicy, and the service staff will tell you very intimately what kind of wine you are tasting. If you feel good, you can buy it in the opposite sales area. In the courtyard, you can also wear Japanese special clothes for photography. There is also a spring in the yard for you to taste.

We went to the Mengshan Liquor Building Archives in the evening. The small view at the entrance of the Archives is very beautiful. The shrinking landscape of the bridge is more beautiful after dark. When visiting the reference hall, on the right hand side of the first floor, there were trial drinks. Everyone stood in line for trial drinks, because the amount of wine was not good, so they only had a little drink. They could not taste wine here. On the left hand of the first floor, they sold wine. On the second and third floors, they were the reference hall + brewery. This paper introduces the history of Men Shan's wine making, because the language is not clear, so it's not very clear. Looking at it, I went back to the first floor. There was a hanger at the entrance. There were kimonos of different sizes (of course, the kind worn by liquor sellers) on the hanger, put on the kimono and took a big empty bottle in front of the water truck outside the house to take pictures before returning. Liquor is not bought, because it feels a little expensive, and not a wine lover, but many people buy it.

Nanshan Liquor is one of the many sake breweries in small Japan. It is located in the city of Asahikawa in the northern circle of Hokkaido. We can understand the wine culture and tea culture of small Japan here. Located on the second floor of the main building of the distillery, Manshan Liquor Archives is an attached archive of Manshan Liquor Works. It displays many historical materials about 330 years ago, as well as liquor-making utensils, Ukiyoshi paintings and related documents.
