經過這個公園純屬意外的，在車上看到景色不錯就提議下來看看。不是很懂為什麼叫精神地區公園的，但不管怎麼說，是一處有山有水有海的好景色公園的

非常大的一個公園的，至於為什麼叫精神公園就真心搞不懂的，沒有導遊也沒有相關的介紹可以看到的。是一個遊客比較少的公園的，到處是綠樹成蔭鬱郁蔥蔥的景緻

The Pacific Spirit Regional Park stretches about 3 kilometers from Queen Elizabeth Primary School to UBC and even to the seaside. It's best for jogging, hiking and walking dogs.
