Outside the building, the interior is not so attractive in the historic urban area near Senpioneer Park, except for the relief works on the doorway and the three-storey structure above the carvings, which are more common windows. But the interior decoration is very good. Yellow cascaded roof structure is brilliant, and many sculptures and oil paintings also reflect the yearning for beauty.
