盤陽河，珠江水系西江幹流紅水河段支流。有二源，一源發源於鳳山縣林峒鄉文里界上坡腳，另一源自天峨縣更新鄉當里村拉黑屯。流經鳳山縣、巴馬縣、大化縣，在大化縣乙圩鄉匯入紅水河幹流水庫岩灘水庫。因盤陽村為中段落，故名盤陽河。因流域內巴馬縣為“長壽之鄉”，故又稱長壽河。流域內多喀斯特山區，故河流多段為地下河。巴馬縣河段開發有巴馬盤陽河風景區、賜福湖、百魔洞等旅遊區。
