單程從卡西斯鎮徒步到卡朗格峽灣大約2小時。道路是石塊路，有些部分很滑且陡峭，所以穿合適的鞋子——至少穿運動鞋和襪子。我們穿着勃肯鞋徒步，非常後悔。也有人穿着人字拖徒步——絕對不要這樣做。這意味着還是可能穿着勃肯鞋徒步。作為典型的法國南部沙灘，沙灘是岩石的，但是水很清澈。卡朗格沒有任何設施，所以帶上所有你認為你會需要的東西。

非常推薦在這裏的徒步，因為這個峽灣並不是特別危險懸崖峭壁的那種，反而是風光非常的秀麗，還有一條徒步小道也非常的有意思，不容錯過。

徒步過去，離車站還是有點遠的，但當看到景色之後，一切的辛苦都是值得的！
