Pingtan Island, the largest island in Fujian Province, is a county under Fuzhou City, across the sea from Taiwan. It is the closest place between the mainland and Taiwan Island, only 68 nautical miles. The existing sea-crossing bridge can go directly to the island without any ferry, so it is very convenient to drive by oneself. Here the air is fresh, the sea is clear and blue, and there are many small scenic spots on the island. We only went there for one day. On the same day, we did not live on the island. From south to north, we went to "General Hill, Tannan Bay, Haitan Ancient City, Longfeng Bay Sand Carving Garden, Pingtan Island National Forest Park, East China Sea Wonderland, Penyang Stone Sail in turn. Not many people go to the National Day. 1. General Hill - "is the place where more than one hundred generals mountaineered their command and inspection during the joint operation exercises of the PLA in the Taiwan Strait in March 1996. Now there is a monument to the exercises. General Hill has a general view, but its top has a wide view. It is an excellent seascape terrace. There are a line of sky, cliff stone carvings, stone forests and so on in the scenic area. Tickets are 10 yuan. 2, Tannan Bay - "The beach here is clean, delicate, everywhere you can lie down, sleep on the waves, the sea is also clear, and from time to time you can see small fish swimming in the water. No ticket 3, Haitan Ancient City - "is a newly built antique building complex with shopping, delicious food and play as an integral part of the ancient capital style. It is very close to Tannan Bay and Longfeng Bay. After visiting other scenic spots, you can come here to taste Fujian-Vietnam snacks. No tickets are accepted. 4. Sand sculpture garden - "in Longfeng Bay Beach Bath, which is very close to the county town, there are many people. Tickets are 50 yuan. 5. The National Forest Park - "is an ordinary park, where residents take a leisure walk nearby. No tickets are accepted. 6. The East China Sea Fairyland - "is the most beautiful of Pingtan's many scenic spots, with a panoramic view of the East China Sea. It mainly consists of fairy well and fairy valley. Tickets are 15 yuan. 7. Half-ocean Stone Sail - "Two large stones standing in the sea like sails, the road signs are written "Shipaiyang", far from other scenic spots, the scenery is single. Stone sail is not far from the coast, standing on the shore can be seen, such as going up and taking a speedboat to and from 45 yuan.
