Qingshan Lake, also known as "Jinxian Lake", "Huijintan", is located in Qingshan Town, Linan City, the western suburb of Hangzhou, 38 kilometers away from Hangzhou. Qingshan Lake is a large man-made lake. It was built in 1964. Its waters are 10 square kilometers. There are many hotels and resorts around the lake. There are ruins of Peng Zu's tomb on the surface of Hubei Province and a thousand Lions Bridge flying through the sky on the surface of Hunan Province. Around the lakes and mountains, Maolin bamboo, flowers, fruits and trees, the scenery changes endlessly. The lake is as green as a mirror, with egrets dancing and fish flying. Beihu Lake has thousands of mu of rare domestic water forest, which is like a jasper inlaid in the green mountains. During the boating, people feel relaxed and happy, not thinking about Shu. The delicate and beautiful scenery of the lake and the rich cultural landscape merge organically, adding to the meaning of the Qingshan Lake. A 58-meter-long, 24.1-meter-high and 5.5-meter-wide dam, like a rainbow, runs between the Gongshan Mountain and the mountain, intercepts the Nanqi River, gathers water of about 3 square kilometers at the foot of Tianmu Mountain in a lake, submerges hills and valleys, and accumulates the water of Tianmu Mountain to form today's Qingshan Lake.
