彩虹瀑布因為在陽光明媚的早上，在瀑布周圍的薄霧中，會形成一道彩虹而得名。據說瀑布下面的一個洞穴，是茂宜島之母Hina的家。這個瀑布就在停車場旁邊，着實不大，更像個街心花園，瀑布確實挺美的，但可能因為手機像素問題，無法把多彩的美麗瀑布照下來，只好錄視頻保留了。
