位於舞鶴風景區內，是一個開放式的牧場，是台灣東部知名的奶酪工廠。原是木瓜田，每當颱風過後，瓜田全被毀壞，後來因地主和友人開玩笑說來養牛，開啟了瑞穗的牧業。設有遊客中心、露天咖啡座，還有親子歡樂區等，全家人一起來都可以樂在其中。招牌產品是鮮奶饅頭，一口下去濃濃的奶香，還有奶酪蛋糕、鮮奶酪、牛軋糖等限定甜點，深受遊客喜愛。

參加花蓮至墾丁一日游拼車的時候經過這個景點。在牧場里可以和奶牛、鴕鳥近距離接觸，它們都挺可愛的。牧場裏面有一個cafe不可錯過，裏面的乳製品味道很棒！乳酪蛋糕、饅頭、鮮奶都很好吃，奶香味很濃厚。另外這裏的牛軋糖不要錯過，大家都說好！

瑞穗牧場是花蓮縣最大的乳牛養殖區，距離太魯閣也不是很遠，這裡是一個開放式的牧場，這裏的鮮奶品質都很濃郁香醇。有各款的奶製品，如：奶酪蛋糕、鮮奶酪、牛軋糖，乳製冰品，招牌的鮮奶饅頭等等。除了在瑞穗牧場可以品嘗之外，其實他們也有開商鋪，如果沒時間去牧場又想品嘗它家的奶製品的，可以到專賣店或者是便利店都可以買到牛奶或者牛奶雪糕。

Mizuho Ranch, located in Wuhe Scenic Area, is an open ranch. 很原生態的一個地方，可以餵奶牛，和鴕鳥拍照，不過我們去的時候在下雨好遺憾，但是牛奶製品超級美味，手工香皂也很好，包車游的必經之地！

瑞穗牧場種植出一片油亮碧綠的鮮美牧草，飼養着300多頭壯碩健康的荷蘭品種乳牛，全年無休提供遊客免費参觀，並供應超新鮮超優質的國產鮮奶。除了奶牛，還可以看到別的動物哦。來到瑞穗牧場可以喝到每天現擠、現煮的濃醇鮮奶，吃上香噴噴、熱呼呼的鮮奶饅頭，雖然個頭不大，但一口咬下，滿嘴全是濃濃的奶香。另外還有奶酪蛋糕、鮮奶酪、牛軋糖與乳製冰品等多種甜點，五星推薦。
