Solk Institute is a famous landmark building in San Diego. It doesn't think this place is worth your brains. It's one of the target attractions of my trip. It's not disappointing. The whole tour was very happy.

The Solk Institute is a man-made landscape in San Diego. Its architecture is very peculiar. It is integrated with the surrounding natural environment. It is especially beautiful at dusk. It is said that the Institute is open to visitors. Unfortunately, we don't have time to go. We just have a long view of the building.

I come here mainly to see architecture. As a master of light, Louis & Kang's proud works, the clear use of the collective form in this building is very classic. The rigorous treatment of symmetrical layout is applied to the atrium and the Axis Street, which strengthens the research theme of the universe's sense of natural life. As-cast-in-place concrete buildings with distant seawater create a natural sense of uniformity between the sea and the sky. There is also a narrow man-made canal extending into the Pacific Ocean.
