San Antonio was ruled by Spanish for a long time, so there are many sites of historical buildings, which can be seen everywhere in the city. The so-called exotic atmosphere can be roughly felt from these buildings.

San Antonio Historic Relics Park, a desolate site with ancient vicissitudes, seems to be telling of yesterday's glory. Tourists can better understand the history and culture of the once indigenous people in the United States through this historical site.

San Antonio actually has five main relics, from Mission Espada on the southernmost side to Alamo in the city centre, connected by mission trail. Every relic is not far apart if it's driving, except Alamo in the city centre, where there are parking places. If you want to hike or ride a bicycle, you can take Uber to mission Espada and then walk along the river to the city center, about 10 kilometers. Maps can be taken from Espada, and seals can be stamped to commemorate every relic. In San jose, there's a little film about history. All in all, it's a very worthwhile scenic spot to visit.

The National History Park of the United States has four of the five early Spanish missionary sites (and one of them, Alamo of the Texas government), which were part of the Spanish colonial system at that time. It was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in July 2015.
