在東姑阿都拉曼國家公園中，沙比島是最受國人歡迎的一個小島。沙比島在五島之中面積最小但是遊人最多也不是完全沒有道理的——水上運動非常豐富，水質比較清澈，適合浮潛看魚，有比較完善的基礎設施，更衣室和沖涼室都是有的。

大概15分鐘左右的時間，對於暈船或是不想舟車勞累的人來說可以考慮！船票往返23+7（稅費），上島門票20，相當於一個人40的費用，這種玩法真是最經濟、最休閑的推薦！非常喜歡。

亞庇附近都有浮潛，玩水的好去處，推薦東姑阿都拉曼國家公園的沙比島（Sapi）與馬穆迪島（Mamutik）。沙比島被譽為公園入面最乾淨和最清幽的小島，有金黃色的海灘，海水蔚藍，離岸不遠就會遇到珊瑚與魚仔。島上有野餐、燒烤、更衣間和洗手間等設施。前往外島的方法亦很簡單，因為它離亞庇市區並不遠，只要約15至20分鐘船程，在市區旁的Jesselton Point碼頭買票參加一日或半日的跳島遊即可。碼頭上每間旅行社有不同的路線，相同的路線價錢亦相差無幾。
