There are many inscriptions on both sides of Shanmen Yongdao in Shaolin Temple, which is the Stele Forest of Shaolin Temple. These inscriptions are famous original inscriptions since the Tang and Song Dynasties. The eastern side of the stele forest was originally Ciyuntang. These inscriptions not only record the rise and fall of monasteries, but also have high research value in history, sculpture and art. They are a rich treasure house of calligraphy art. The courtyard is covered with bamboo poles and pavilions. It is the most quiet and pleasant place in Shaolin Temple.
