St. Giles Cathedral is a Scottish Presbyterian church, located at the midpoint of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, Scotland. Its unique Scottish crown spire constitutes a prominent feature of the Edinburgh skyline. The church has been the religious hub of Edinburgh for 900 years. Today, it is sometimes regarded as the mother church of Presbyterian churches all over the world.
