塔加海灘是天寧島最大的沙灘，擁有延綿的白色沙灘且水心不深，是游泳及浮潛的最佳選擇。這裏的海灘和海水感覺都比塞班好一點，主要是人會少很多。

塔加海灘得名是因為這裏曾經是統治這裏的塔家王族的地盤，整個塔加海灘非常的漂亮，海岸線很長，沙灘很細軟，非常適合來這裏細細遊玩一番。

塔加海灘就在天寧島上，離着塔家大宅很近，這裏的海水感覺比塞班的還漂亮，而且天寧島上的遊客比塞班的要少很多，會更好玩，一天下來也沒看見幾個當地人。
