日本小樽金融資料館也是一處比較特別餓小地方，日本銀行也是比較簡單的樣子呢，小樽金融資料館的許多的設施都是很精美的，也是很值得遊玩的参觀的好地方了。

Xiao Juan can walk all the way from the canal in about 40 minutes, which is one of the classics of passing by. If 2-4 hours of meals are enough, it is not recommended to stay overnight. Xiao Juan closes the door too early and has not much place to go in the evening. Only the lights are on. And most of the streets are depressed. Just take a look at the scenery. Few people wear bathrobes in Koku. They are all retro clothes, especially for many Japanese, who come here to wear them like this. Because Otaru is not only a popular tourist attraction in Japan, but also a well-known petty bourgeoisie attraction. Otaru, once depressed, has also returned to prosperity.

The old bank of Japan financial reference library is not far from JR Xiaotao Station. The building appearance of the reference library is European-style and very beautiful. Look at the introduction built in Meiji 45 years (1912). Now the bank has closed down and changed into a reference library. It introduces the financial development of Japan. You can see it when you have time.

In 1912 (Meiji 45), it was designed and constructed by Chen Ye Jinwu and others who laid the foundation of modern architecture. The central building on Northern Wall Street, the most financial street in the Meiji-Dazheng period, was closed in 2002. It is now open to the Financial Information Museum to introduce the history and business of the Bank of Japan in a simple and understandable way.
