Take a little time and walk around this area. It is so peaceful and beautiful and clean. We enjoyed walking around but many people were jogging and riding bikes.

出差去到美國，周末的時候坐地鐵到了博物館區，然後又到了紀念碑區，沿路要走的話真是風景很多，但是也是很長的一段路。這一個湖是在林肯紀念堂前面的，它是一個人工湖，長方形的，你可以看得到邊界。另外一邊方向是從華盛頓紀念碑那邊看過去林肯紀念堂的，方向不同，當然景觀也不同。天氣好的話，夕陽西下的時候的景色是最美的，陽光倒影在湖水上，波光粼粼的。

絕對漂亮的湖水，很大，很自然，湖邊的植物非常茂盛，拜華盛頓的天氣所賜，這個湖面總是很平靜，走到傑斐遜紀念堂的時候必經此地。
