Tochoji Temple, Dongchang Temple, is near Zhiyuan. The subway takes a minute or two to reach Zhiyuan Station. Dongchang Temple is the main monastery of Jiuzhou Church of Zhenyan Zong. Its name is Nanyue Mountain. The Temple created by Master Hongfa is the oldest temple in Japan. It was originally located on the seashore, but later it was moved to its present position by Fukuoka Pan's second generation patriarch. On the second floor of the monastery, there is a treasured thousand-handed Guanyin Bodhisattva, up to 16 meters high. It is carved from a Arhat pine, which is imported from Taiwan. Behind the Buddha there is a passage to hell, which depicts various scenes of the underworld. And then the way to hell. Because it was very dark inside, I could only touch the wall on one side and move forward slowly. In the process, I felt very afraid. There are no photographs in the temple, only in the courtyard.
