旅遊去到俄羅斯，在俄羅斯里到處可以見到有凱旋門，旅遊車經常會路過，由於行程裏面沒有安排下車遊覽凱旋門，所以就只可以在車子路過的時候，趕緊抓拍幾張。凱旋門本來是古代羅馬人創建的，為了慶祝戰爭勝利而建造出來的紀念性建築物，是門的一種，通常是橫跨在一條道路上的獨立建築。這裏的凱旋門高28米，圓柱之間站立着手持盾牌和長矛的勇士，勇士頭頂的牆壁上是反映俄軍和法軍作戰的浮雕。

凱旋門正如其名，是一座迎接外出征戰的軍隊凱旋的大門。它是現今世界上最大的一座圓拱門，位於巴黎市中心戴高樂廣場中央的環島上面。這座廣場也是配合雄獅凱旋門而修建的，因為凱旋門建成后，給交通帶來了不便，於是就在19世紀中恭弘=叶 恭弘，環繞凱旋門一周修建了一個圓形廣場及12條道路，每條道路都有40~80米寬，呈放射狀，就像明星發出的燦爛光芒，因此這個廣場又叫明星廣場。凱旋門也稱為"星門"。凱旋門就位於著名的香榭麗舍大街的盡頭。

The cylinder is made of pig iron, 12 meters high and 16 tons heavy. Between the columns stood the warriors with shields and spears. On the walls above the warriors were reliefs reflecting the fighting between the Russian and French forces. On the top of the Arc de Triomphe lies six triumphal carriages with wings on their backs. In the carriage sits the goddess of victory. Her right hand is high with a laurel wreath, facing the entrance of the city. Its warriors, with sword or laurel wreath and olive branch, symbolize victory and peace. Between the gateposts were four Russian soldiers, armoured, armed with shields and guns, with quots engraved on their fingers; France expelled and Moscow liberated; and the lintel was decorated with the city signs of 44 Russian cities fighting Napoleon's army. The whole Arc de Triomphe is covered with white stone, which stands out against the black cylinder.
