The presidential palace of South Africa is located on a hill in Pretoria, the administrative capital. It is a typical European-style building. In front of it is a huge garden, including a monument, a statue of Mandela and a sculpture of South Africa's first Prime Minister James. Apart from tourists from all over the world, there are a few idle South Africans lying on the grass in Union Square. I don't want to judge whether this is freedom or laziness.
