城市光廊位於高雄市中山路和中華路之間的五福路，英文名為Urban Spotlight的城市光廊全長約150公尺，由林熹俊、蘇志徹、林麗華、陳明輝、黃文勇、潘大謙、劉素幸、王國益、陳建明等九位高雄在地藝術家合作規劃，以 “光” 為主題，創作出一系列的作品。

城市光廊就是從中央公園出來的一段的，白天真如其他評論一樣沒什麼看頭的，大家最好還是晚上過來會好一點的，白天就跟一般的公園綠道沒太大區別
