It's a magical port. It's not big, but it's full of functions. There's a seaport, cruises to and from the United States, ferry, yachts to whales, taxi to and from wharfs, and occasionally exercise on water. Strangely, it's orderly. The tourist center is just beside the pier. On the shore, there are two landmark buildings, Empress Hotel and Provincial Assembly Building. On the road, there are speeding cars, city sightseeing cars, tricycles and carriages in Royal dresses, which constitute a beautiful scenery. This is where Victorian tourists gather.
