Wudangzhao is located in Wudanggou, about 70 kilometers northeast of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. Mountains overlap, green pines and cypresses in the depths of the Great Green Mountains, situated in a magnificent temple with a grand scale of construction, that is, Wudang Shao. The original name of Wudangzhao is Badagar Temple, which means "White Lotus" in Tibetan. In Mongolian, Wudang means "willow" and "temple".
